Rene Leonard
Rene Leonard is a filmmaker, producer, cinematographer, and photographer with experience spanning sports photography, event and wedding photography, photojournalism, television production, and independent filmmaking.
After studying Television Production at Florida Memorial University and Film Production at Brooklyn College, Rene built a career behind the camera, serving as Director of Photography for sports and live-event productions while developing expertise in visual storytelling.
He later founded Iris-Strata Productions, where he oversees original films, television programming, livestream productions, photography services, and studio operations. His work reflects a commitment to community, culture, wellness, and authentic storytelling across multiple media platforms.
Brian Ackley is a producer, writer, and media strategist with experience spanning independent film production, screenwriting, marketing, distribution planning, and creative development. A Brooklyn College Film Department alumnus and Vice President of the Brooklyn College Film Alumni Association, Brian has worked on feature films, documentaries, educational programming, and community-based media initiatives.
His work combines storytelling with practical business strategy, helping projects move from concept through production, audience development, and distribution. As a producer, Brian focuses on project development, investor relations, marketing, festival strategy, and partnership building. Through Iris-Strata Productions, he contributes to the development of original films, television programming, and digital media projects designed to entertain, educate, and inspire diverse audiences.
